Easi – Powder

The Easi-Powder™ is one of the quickest & easiest loss prevention devices, for baby formula cartons. Designed to suit Aptamil and Cow & Gate 800g and 900g packs this bespoke security tag has a very small form factor.

In response to challenges faced by the retail sector we designed a tag with a strong visual deterrent on the shelf to highlight that cartons are protected by a security device.

Designed with retail in mind, the tag can be easily installed and removed without impacting on valuable shelf space. Product stacking can still be achieved and the product information and branding remains visible for consumers, unlike other security products.

AM and RF frequency based protection is included to activate security gates within stores. Also no need for additional detachers / detaggers as this is compatible with current units already used in stores.

Previous lines of protection were either not working or unsuitable. With NO wires or lanyards, the Easi-Powder™ Tag cannot be cut off as retailers are experiencing with spider tags.

Once fitted, the Easi-Powder™ Tag encapsulates the product’s own Anti-Tamper Seal, to stop cartons from being opened and the contents transferred into another vessel. This also offers a reassuring message to Consumers, who are hearing more and more about Baby Formula contamination in the press.
